Question 1: I saw 'Get Full version' when I pressed
F2. How does this work?
Answer: This starts the Eggstatic update module
where you can buy the game. This is the fastest and easiest way
to get the full version.
Directly after you bought the game, your serial number will be
activated and the update module will download the full version.
After this EggStatic can start the downloaded installer for you
or you can do it your self later. Nothing more is required.

Question 2: I rather want to buy it using your
webstore. How does that work?
Answer: After you bought it, you get a link
to download the EggStatic installer. You will also get an email
with your serialnumber. After you downloaded and installed EggStatic,
you need to activate EggStatic.
To activate EggStatic, start it up and press F2 and then enter
your serialnumber. After this EggStatic checks your serialnumber
on the activation server. If succesfull, all full version features
will be enabled.
If EggStatic can't reach the server, a new window will pop up
where you can manually activate it, even if your computer is not
connected to the internet.

Question 3: I am concerned about my privacy. What
kind of information do you send during an activation?
Answer: We only send a non-traceable installation
ID of your computer. We check how often your serial number was
activated in the last 90 days and then activate your game. No
personal data is ever send, used or required after you bought
EggStatic.

Question 4: I have a PC that is not connected
to the internet. How does manual activation work?
Answer: For manual activation you are shown
the installation ID of your computer. You can enter this ID in
a given website on a computer with web access ( at work, a friend
) and that website will show you an activation ID. You can then
enter this ID into the manual activation screen and your game
will be activated. The IDs are case-sensitive so be accurate in
writing down these IDs.

Question 5: Why do you have
Activation on your games?
Answer: Sunrise Games can not produce any games
without people buying it. While many think that games should be
without copy-protection, the fact is that without copy protection
sales drop well below 50%.
In other words: piracy puts people out of a job, drives up the
price of a game and could bankrupt a good game developer. This
is also why most hacker groups promote: buy a game if you like
it.
We try to curb unlimited copying in a reasonable way and at the
